  3. BalloonHelpMe is a simple little Control Strip Module that turns Balloon Help on and off without a trip to the Help menu.

  5. Press once - Balloon Help is on. 
  6. Press again - its off.

  8. Of course, you need Apple's Control Strip control panel in order to use BalloonHelpMe. BalloonHelpMe is free, but not public domain. You may distribute BalloonHelpMe as long as you do not modify the file and include this README file. Look for more interesting and useful Control Strip modules in the near future.

  10. BalloonHelpMe works fine with Desktop Strip, as well.
